Clearer Days Ahead || Guided Creative Wellness Workshop

  • Dr Lemco's Creative Club 5271 Boulevard De Maisonneuve Ouest Montreal, QC, H4A 3K6 Canada (map)

Most “life planning” spaces ask you to optimize, grind, journal harder, or force you to talk about your feelings. This is not that.

Clearer Days Ahead is a 3.5-hour guided creative workshop designed to help you gently reset, reimagine, and reconnect with your future, using art, imagination, and low-pressure reflection.

No experience required. All supplies provided.

Held in a cozy art studio in NDG, this workshop is perfect for:

  • Burned-out professionals who need a mental reset

  • People at a crossroads in work, life, or otherwise

  • Creatives who feel blocked

  • Anyone who knows they want something different, but doesn’t know what yet

  • People who like the idea of coaching or therapy… but don’t actually want coaching or therapy

Over the course of this guided experience, you’ll:

  • Slow your brain down (in a good way)

  • Reconnect with what you actually WANT, not what you “should” want

  • Playfully imagine your best future

  • Recieve guidance & support from Dr Lemco

  • Create a tangible vision of what’s next

  • Leave with some finished artworks

  • Leave with more direction, lightness, and momentum

You won’t leave with a 50-step plan. You will leave with a clearer inner compass.

What’s Included:

  • All art materials & tools.

  • Complimentary tea bar.

  • A relaxed, welcoming, and judgement-free environment to create freely.

  • Curated music, visuals, smells, and overall ambiance.

  • Feel free to bring any food & drink you’d like!

Space is limited to keep the experience intimate and intentional, so reserve your spot early!

Please note that tickets are non-refundable. Unless otherwise specified, our workshops are for ages 18+.

Location & Getting Here: Dr Lemco’s Creative Club is located at 5271 Maisonneuve Ouest (corner of Decarie & Maisonneuve), just steps from Vendome Metro.
