Nesting dolls, or Matryoshka dolls, are sets of hollow, wooden figurines that decrease in size, and fit inside one another. At this fun, social art experience you'll be given a blank set and tasked with the job of painting your own to take home with you.
Traditional nesting dolls are typically painted as women in rural attire, but you have the creative freedom to make them anything at all! Paint them as your family, Montreal Canadiens players, or totally abstrack; there's no wrong way to do it.
All materials are provided, and no experience is required. Events are for ages 18+ and BYOB-friendly. Bring any food or drinks you'd like, and enjoy the complimentary tea bar. Everyone welcome!
